- Signed-in accounts use a 48-hour history display window by default. Eligible accounts can select 7 days in the profile center; storage pack access rules may extend this window
- Content being hidden from history or no longer accessible does not mean immediate physical deletion of uploaded assets, generated images, videos, or copies
- To request deletion or ask about data retention, contact [email protected]. The history display window is not a guarantee of a maximum physical retention period
- Account data - Maintained for the duration of your account plus 3 years
- Usage analytics - Anonymized data retained for service improvement purposes
- Conversation history - Stored for 12 months to improve AI responses

This platform only provides AI image processing tools and does not assume responsibility for the legality, authenticity, or appropriateness of user-generated content. All legal disputes, administrative penalties, and other adverse consequences arising from users' violations of this platform's services shall be borne solely by the users.
Updates to This Policy
ViNano AI will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email and prominent website notices. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
ViNano Browser Extension
Extension disclosure updated October 16, 2026. This section applies when you use the ViNano browser extension. The extension helps you bring an image or text that you explicitly select into a ViNano creation draft. Website account, upload, safety and generation processing remain subject to the other sections of this policy.
What the extension handles
The extension handles the selected image address temporarily, the image bytes and filename, selected text, your edited prompt, language settings, image-origin permissions and short-lived delivery identifiers. It does not scan entire webpages or collect browsing history, page titles, website form fields, cookies, passwords or API keys. Requests for third-party images omit website credentials. The image host still receives the image request and ordinary network information such as your IP address.
Local storage and delivery to ViNano
The current extension draft and pending captures are stored on your device for up to 24 hours. Delivery identifiers expire after 15 minutes and are bound to the receiving browser tab. Clicking Bring into ViNano transfers the chosen draft to a ViNano webpage in your browser. That page may keep up to three local receiving drafts for up to 24 hours to recover edits, login returns and failed uploads. These local drafts are not synchronized across devices. Expired content cannot be restored; physical cleanup occurs when the extension or receiving storage is next accessed, not while the browser is closed.
Uploads and AI generation
The imported image is previewed locally before upload. Clicking Upload reference sends the image through the existing ViNano upload and content-safety process; it can be compressed or converted and an additional preview can be created. Guest reference uploads currently use a 1-day temporary retention path; signed-in reference uploads use a 7-day path and can appear in your recent media. These are retention settings, not a promise of immediate physical deletion at the deadline. AI generation begins only after you explicitly submit it, and selected content is then processed by the website generation service and its providers under this policy. The extension does not contain analytics or an advertising SDK; the ViNano website has its separate account, technical-log and analytics practices described elsewhere in this policy.
Your controls and contact
You can decline or revoke an image-origin permission in the extension and use a local file instead. Clear draft removes the extension draft and outstanding handoffs, but does not delete the receiving website cache or previously uploaded server files. To remove receiving drafts immediately, clear site data for vinano.ai in your browser. Manage uploaded material through the website controls or contact [email protected] for help with data requests. Uninstalling the extension removes extension-local data but does not automatically delete website or server data. Selected content is used to provide the requested draft, upload and creation features, not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
