Platform Features

Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Acceptable Use

• Upload or process images that violate intellectual property rights
• Generate or edit content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal
• Create images depicting violence, hate speech, or adult content

• 적용 가능한 법률 및 규정을 위반하는 기타 모든 콘텐츠
• 금지 콘텐츠의 생성, 사용 또는 배포로 인해 발생하는 모든 법적 책임과 결과는 본 플랫폼과 무관하게 사용자가 부담합니다. 본 플랫폼은 위반 사항 발견 시 즉시 사용자 계정을 종료하고 관련 콘텐츠를 삭제할 권리를 보유하며, 소비된 크레딧이나 수수료를 환불하지 않습니다

Professional and Commercial Use

User Content

• No platform claims - ViNano AI does not claim ownership of user-generated content

AI-Generated Content

• Usage licensing - Images created or edited using our AI service are subject to standard usage licensing
• Commercial rights - Users receive commercial usage rights to AI-processed content
• Service improvement - ViNano AI reserves rights to use anonymized data for service improvement
• IP respect - Third-party intellectual property embedded in training data is respected

Platform Technology

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users are responsible for backing up their important data

Prohibited Content
